Turtle Creek Farm
Advanced Nature
Adventure Camp
(Ages 8 and up)
Older campers will study skulls, fur, feathers, tracks and scat (poop)! Microscopes are available for closer inspection. Children will venture into the wetlands where they will encounter birds, frogs, turtles and come to appreciate the importance of preserving these misunderstood and fast-disappearing habitats. Geology is so exciting and our earth is a quakin', shakin' place to live....with volatile volcanoes, and powerful earthquakes. Kids will have fun digging for fossils and classifying rocks and minerals. They'll be "moved" by fascinating facts about tsunamis and eruptions, and they surely won't find "fault" with earth-shattering trivia and fun science experiments!

Educator/biologist Lucy Clucas will make the experience unforgettable.

Children will supply their own lunch, drink, sunscreen and insect repellent.
Please apply all sunblock and insect repellent before coming to camp.

No skirts or sandals and please send campers in clothes that can get dirty!

Water is available to campers at all times.

Please note price change for 2025 season.
